Dinner
All dinners
served with delicious salads, fresh steamed veggies, rice,
pasta, potatoes, or something else that would be
appropriate.
Sharon’s Naked Seafood Stew
A unique blend of Greenshell Mussels, Small neck or
Manila Clams, Shrimp, and Scallops simmered in seasoned fish
stock. This dish isn’t quite a bouillabaisse broth or a
sauce, but in between the two.
Served with fresh French bread and
your choice
of rice or pasta.
Our friends named the dish. On the trip ask us about it.
Fresh Yellow Tail Snapper
Seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices, cooked
to a golden brown. Topped with a special cheese (only
available in Italy – E.T brings some home every time he
fly’s to Italy), diced green onions, tomatoes, and just a
hint of crab meat or shrimp. Then lightly seasoned with a
lemon butter sauce.
Tarry T’s
Turkey tenderloins marinated in Dark Molasses and brown
sugar, rolled, skewered, and grilled to perfection.
Tarry T’s is the politically correct name I use for this all
time favorite. I used to have another name for them, but due
to some people finding it offensive, when in fact it wasn’t,
I changed the name of the dish.
Honey Almond Crusted Scallops
The name says it all. Mouth watering and scrumptious,
just ask Rhyno, he’s a friend of ours who volunteered to
taste test them while I was perfecting the recipe
Surf and Turf
Standard cut of steak (only the extremely tender cuts)
with either Shrimp Scampi or Florida Lobster. Northerners
prefer Maine Lobster and I can’t blame them - their lobster
tastes better. For the Southerners, Florida lobster is fun
to catch and eat in the same day. Cruise with us during
Lobster season and find out.
Appetizers
Crab Cakes
These are
not your typical crab cakes. They are full of luscious crab
meat and very little breading.
Shrimp Cocktail
Jumbo
shrimp seared with special seasonings then served after a
quick chill.
Smoked Fish Dip
Locally
made and loved.
Ceviche’s
Bruschetta’s
Cheese and crackers
Desserts
Key Lime Pie

Strawberry Shortcake with a Tropical Twist
Rusty can’t
quite put his finger on the sweet flavor that’s in the
shortcake and I’m not telling.
Fresh Fruit
Sherbet or Sorbet
Fisherman’s Wharf Mystery Pie
Sharon’s rendition of Fisherman’s Wharf
of Ocean
Springs, Mississippi
Sharon’s Special Cookies
Oatmeal
with coconut and walnut; chocolate chips; peanut butter. All
made with taste buds in mind. I will not give out the
recipes but will give you some cookie dough to take home.
Cheese Cakes
Traditional or Chocolate Mint
(Yes I make
these too, the chocolate mint one tastes just like the
Grasshopper drink my grandma used to make for me)
The menu is subject to
change if I find another great meal to add or dessert to
make. If you don’t care for seafood, let me know, as I
can always make some good ole barbeque, burgers, and hot
dogs for any occasion. I also make a variety of Creole,
Italian, Mexican, and American dishes.
If you have any special requests for fruits, juices, or
breads, please let us know. If you have any food
allergies please let me know so I can make special
arrangements for food preparation.
I do not serve or prepare Oysters. I have a serious
allergy to these and do not wish to have to use my Epi
Pen. |
